INDONESIA - BANKING - Sampoerna Sahabat assets grow by 35 %

www.investor.co.id - JAKARTA - Bank Assets Friends of Sampoerna in 2011 grew 35% to Rp1, 1 trillion from Rp798 billion a year earlier, and this year is targeted to grow to Rp1, 2 trillion.

"Cantilever more credit to the sector of medium and small and micro business sectors such as trade and agriculture in a particular sector," said Director of Sampoerna Sahabat Agresius Kadiaman Bank at the press launch of the bank here on Wednesday.

Sampoerna Group in May 2011 through PT Sampoerna Investama acquired 85% stake in Bank Dipo International and changed the name of the bank into Bank Friends of Sampoerna in February 2012. (source)
