EDUCATION - MBN Collaborates with IEF Trisakti

Jakarta, (29/4). In line with the needs of shariah human capital, Madani Business Network (MBN) collaborates with Islamic Economic and Finance (IEF) Universitas Trisakti, as one of the revolutionary road to robust the development of Islamic finance in Indonesia.

The MOU signing ceremony attended by the advisor of MDN Luthi Hasan and the chairman of program of the IEF Trisakti Prof. Dr Sofyan Syafri Harahap and IEF faculty members.

Prof  Dr Sofyan Syafri Harahap in his speech addressing that nowadays we are in need of excellent shariah human capital along with the rapid development of Islamic finance businesses, therefore we are in need of human capital in large numbers as well as public education in Islamic economic transactions. Furthermore Prof. Sofyan said that Islamic Finance has taught us to seek our wealth with the blessing of Allah, and in Islam wealth is abundance as a gift from Allah, and we must not worry on how to seek for our wealth since Allah only knows.
In the meantime the Advisor of MBN, Lutfi Hasan said that the heart of Islamic teaching is to nurture the life of its community, which is the individualistic behavior is forbidden, Islam is teaching us to live happily altogether which based on the value of the religious aspects. To seek for our wealth is based on regulation and the shariah law, unlike the capitalistic economic.
The problem which recently happening is that because the economic stability of economic influence is not applicable. There will be a chaos in the community since there is no regular pattern of socialization and there will be no change into respectable behavior, therefore there is a need to combine the intellectual, economic  and politic movement as one stepping stone to achieve innovation in our society,” explained Lutfy.
Moreover, Lutfi opined that the Islamic Community should alter its system which can make them smarter, with wider state of mind that need to be shaped in order to seek wealth with the value of religious aspects as according to the rule of Allah.[nibra]
