MALAYSIA - SC SEC COM - List licensed intermediaries (what about Indonesia ?)

The SC Securities Commission of Malaysia published the list of "licensed intermediaries", amongst others the "List of Capital Markets Services Licence holders for Islamic Fund Management at as 31 October 2010".

The Lists are not intended to replace the Register of Licence Holders provided under section 77 of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007. By publishing the Lists, the SC does not recommend nor guarantee the performance of any licensed person. The information presented in the list is current as at 31 October 2010.

MALAYSIA - SC SEC COM - List licensed intermediaries - for some time, I have been looking for lists of licensed Islamic banks (and "windows"), Islamic micro finance, Takaful ....- such list should be permanently available (with search funtion) on the websites of the relevant authorities in Indonesia too ... and any new entries / sanctions / exclusions or radiations should be published on those websites too. The public in general has a right to be kept updated on a permanent basis.
