JAKARTA (IFT) - Bank Indonesia targets to finish the revised Regulation of Bank Indonesia No 11/11/PBI/2009 on Card Payment Management in May, at the latest. The Central Bank is currently waiting for inputs from the Association of Indonesian Credit Cards. “The regulation will be more detailed and strict so that people will see credit cards as a debt instrument, instead of a payment tool,” said Darmin Nasution, Governor of Bank Indonesia.(full story)
