BANKING - Sharia Banks Book Rp 104 T Asset

JAKARTA (IFT) – The sharia banking industry managed to record a 51.74 percent higher asset in the first quarter of 2011 to Rp 104 trillion from (US$ 12.1 billion) from Rp 68.54 trillion year-on-year (YOY), primarily from the 49.37 percent growth of sharia financing to Rp 75 trillion in the first quarter from Rp 50.21 trillion from the same period last year.(full story)
