Furthermore Dewi said that if there is a dispute between Islamic bank and its customers, the dispute parties will prefer to seek for mediation, thru court or thru our National Arbitration council or  Badan Arbitrase Syariah Nasional (Basyarnas).

”Bank Indonesia has a regulation that under the amount of IDR 500 million, Bank Indonesia will settled the dispute and act as a mediator, but if the dispute amount is above IDR 500 million, it is up to the dispute parties to determine whether to go to the court or Basyarnas.
