INDONESIA - BANKING - Bank Muamalat Delays Divestment

JAKARTA (IFT) – Shareholders of PT Bank Muamalat Tbk has decided to delay the sale of 67 percent of company's shares this year. Several prospective investors who have conducted dule diligence stepped back as the price offered in not suitable, which is around US$ 500 million or Rp 4.3 trillion. (source)
