Act as the organizer is the Association of Islamic Economics Indonesia – IAEI (http://www.iaei-pusat.org), as the Host University: Muslim University of Indonesia (UMI) (http://www.umi.ac.id), Makasar , Indonesia, as supporters will be Bank Indonesia (BI) (http://www.bi.go.id), MES (http://www.ekonomisyariah.org), FOSSEI (http://www.fossei.org).
Islamic Banking Research Forum (FRPS) has carried out 4 times which is a shared agenda among BI, IAEI, and MES. Then the implementation of the fifth (V) FRPS organized by the Indonesian Association of Islamic Economics (IAEI) and Muslim University of Indonesia Makassar supported by Bank Indonesia (BI), Islamic Economic Society (MES), and the friendship Studies Islamic Economic Forum (FOSSEI).
The agenda of Islamic Banking Research Forum  (FRPS) has the quality of differentiation, quality of research, and the specificity of the theme in order to the application of Islamic banking study is more effective and immediate impact on the Islamic banking industry. To further improve the performance of Islamic banking and implementation of research, so that the committee of FRPS inviting academicians, practitioners, analysts, researchers, bankers, and students and the society to submit written works, studies, final project, thesis, dissertation research related to the Islamic Banking Research Forum.
