JAKARTA: Unit Usaha Syariah PT Bank Permata Tbk bekerja sama dengan PT Al-Ijarah Indonesia Finance dalam pengembangan virtual account.

Kerja sama ini bertujuan memudahkan pembayaran cicilan kendaraan bermotor, baik roda dua maupun roda empat, bagi nasabah ritel Al Ijarah.

"Virtual account mendukung fleksibilitas nasabah dalam bertransaksi," terang Head of Syariah Bank Permata Achmad K. Permana di sela-sela acara penandatanganan kerja sama kedua pihak, Jumat (29/6/2012).

Dia memaparkan dengan virtual account tiap nasabah diberi nomor unik yang mewakili nomor rekening, dan terdiri dari 16 angka.
Dengan fasilitas ini, nasabah dapat bertransaksi melalui ATM, PermataMobile dan EMA (EDC Mini ATM).

Direktur Bisnis Al Ijarah Efrinal Sinaga mengungkapkan konsep ini membuat proses identifikasi transaksi menjadi lebih mudah, tepat, dan cepat.

"Virtual account dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, karena prosesnya menjadi lebih cepat dan terkoneksi. Program ini pun sesuai dengan konsep kami yaitu cashless transaction," paparnya.

Virtual account ini sudah berlangsung sejak 15 Juni.
