PENERBITAN KEPUTUSAN KETUA
BADAN PENGAWAS PASAR MODAL DAN LEMBAGA KEUANGAN
Pada hari Rabu, 1 Agustus 2012, Bapepam dan LK telah menerbitkan
Keputusan Ketua Bapepam dan LK Nomor: Kep-429/BL/2012 tentang Daftar Efek
Syariah. Penerbitan keputusan tersebut didasarkan pada review berkala yang
dilakukan Bapepam dan LK atas Daftar Efek Syariah yang telah ditetapkan
sebelumnya. Daftar Efek Syariah tersebut merupakan panduan investasi bagi pihak
pengguna DES seperti manajer investasi pengelola reksa dana syariah, asuransi
syariah dan investor yang mempunyai keinginan untuk berinvestasi pada portofolio
Efek Syariah serta panduan bagi penyedia indeks syariah seperti PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia yang menerbitkan Jakarta Islamic Index dan Indeks Saham Syariah
Indonesia.
Adapun Efek-Efek Syariah yang termuat dalam Daftar Efek Syariah dimaksud
meliputi 4 (empat) Efek dengan jenis saham Emiten. Sumber data yang digunakan
sebagai bahan penelaahan dalam penyusunan Daftar Efek Syariah dimaksud adalah
berasal dari laporan keuangan yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2011 yang
telah diterima oleh Bapepam dan LK serta data pendukung lainnya berupa data
tertulis yang diperoleh dari Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik.
Daftar Efek Syariah sebagaimana termuat dalam keputusan tersebut di atas
merupakan penambahan dari Daftar Efek Syariah yang telah diterbitkan oleh
Bapepam dan LK berdasarkan Keputusan Ketua Bapepam dan LK Nomor: Kep-
282/BL/2012 tanggal 24 Mei 2012.
