BANKING - BNI Syriah will open 10 branches this year and seeks to boost assets by 50 percent

PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BBNI IJ), the nation’s third- biggest state-owned bank, advanced 2.1 percent to 3,650 rupiah. The company’s Islamic-finance unit, PT Bank BNI Syariah, will open 10 branches this year as it seeks to boost assets by 50 percent, said BNI Syariah President Director Rizqullah Thohuri. (full story)
