FINANCE - Bank Muamalat Indonesia has Granted Financial Assistance to PT ALIF

Jakarta, (23/3). PT Al-ijarah Islamic Finance (ALIF) has shown a significant growth in distributing its multi financing service in the area of Auto leasing, BMI as the parent company of PT ALIF is considering supporting PT ALIF by providing IDR 500 Billion for its business development. It is expected that PT ALIF business will growing faster, with competitive pricing, to captive the retail market.


The signing ceremony of Financial aids agreement between BMI and PT ALIF  today (23/3)at Hotel Four Season Hotel in Jakarta Selatan, the ceremony was attended by the President Director Herbudi S Utomo and Marketing Director Efrinal Sinaga from PT ALIF, and  The President Director of BMI, Arviyan Arifin,  Retail Banking Director of BMI, Adrian A Gunadi. Arviyan said that BMI will expand its consumer financing Business with PT ALIF, whereas this agreement will focus on auto financing, which has been its main business since 2010. “This agreement will be broadening our product spectrum to our customer,” explained Arviyan. Further more, Arviyan said for any financing facilities we provided, Bank Muamalat will contribute for 95 % and the remaining will be handled by PT ALIF.


In the meantime the President Director of PT ALIF, Herbudi S Utomo said that this financial aid will increase the total asset of PT ALIF to IDR 919 Billion.


In relation to this increment, the plan is that IDR 250 billion for auto financing for new and used cars and the remaining IDR 250 billion for motor cycles financing, as explained by Herbudi optimistic that PT ALIF distribute IDR 500 Billion to its customers, considering that the statistic has shown that our community appetite in auto financing is keep increasing year after year.
