JAKARTA (IFT) – Investors’ interest in Islamic mutual funds, particularly with Islamic bonds as underlying assets continues to grow this year. A number of investment managers plan to issue new Islamic mutual funds, but they face difficulties in terms of the availability of sukuk (Islamic bonds) as the underlying assets. (source)
