INDONESIA - FINANCE - 75% of fund Management of Islamic Hajj

Jakarta (11/7)- Dana haji yang berada di pemerintah kini mulai dominan dikelola secara syariah. Data terakhir  bulan Juni tercatat sudah 75% dana haji yang ada terdapat di instrumen syariah.
Direktur Pengelolaan Dana Haji Kementrian Agama, Drs.H. Achmad Djunaidi mengungkapkan bahwa dana haji paling besar terdapat di sukuk. “Sekarang 75 persen di syariah, 25 persen di bank konvensional. Paling besar dana terdapat di sukuk sekitar 60 persen,”ujarnya.
Ketika ditanya mengapa belum seratus persen dana haji dikelola secara syariah? Ia menjawab bahwa pihaknya kini sedang menggiring semua dana haji tersebut ke instrumen syariah. “Dana tersebut sedang diarahkan ke sana, sekarang ini sudah 75 persen sebelumnya belum ada,”ungkapnya.
Ia berkeyakinan ke depannya dana haji akan seluruhnya dikelola secara syariah.”Orang Islam pastinya akan memilih yang syariah,”tandasnya.
Sementara itu untuk bank syariah sendiri, kini ada beberapa yang telah menjadi bagian dari 26 Bank Penerima Setoran (BPS) Biaya Penyelenggaraan Ibadah Haji (BPIH). Bank syariah tersebut diantaranya Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Syariah, Bank Mandiri Syariah, Bank Bukopin Syariah, Bank Muamalat, Bank Mega Syariah, Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Syariah dan Bank Jawa Barat Syariah.
