INDONESIA - BANKING - Cash Withdrawals In Idul Fitri Up 44.2%

JAKARTA (IFT) – Banks’ total cash withdrawal during Idul Fitri grew 44.2 percent to Rp 79 trillion from Rp 54.8 trillion last year, according to data from Bank Indonesia. The cash transactions grew 20 percent compared to the ones in regular days, which was higher than the last year’s growth at 16 percent. (source)
