INDONESIA - BANKING - BANK JATIM IPO latest in June

www.bisnis.com - JAKARTA: PT Bank of East Java Regional Development Bank will host the inaugural release of shares by the end of June 2012.

Rudie Hardiono, Company Secretary Bank of East Java, said the company used an audit of financial statements in the plan in December 2011 initial public offering (IPO) this year.

"Because we use financial statements in December 2011, the IPO will be implemented no later than the end of June 2012," he said when confirmed Business, Wednesday, March 21, 2012.  (source)



According to the rules of Bapepam LK, IPO or rights issue could dilaksanan maximum of 6 months from the date of the financial statements used in the corporate action.

If the IPO can not be implemented before the end of June 2012, consequently the company should conduct audits of financial statements next.

Shariah business unit leader Jatim Aviantono Hadhianto said the company is still waiting for a capital injection from shareholders, the provincial government and district / city in East Java.

The move opened the capital injection by the Bank of East Java with the intention that the portion of shares held by them are not diluted quickly, when the IPO was held.

"Until now get 200 billion of additional capital from shareholders. We are still waiting until the end of March and then Bank of East Java will focus on the IPO." (tw)

JAKARTA: PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bank Jawa Timur akan menggelar pelepasan saham perdana paling lambat akhir Juni 2012.

Rudie Hardiono, Sekretaris Perusahaan Bank Jatim, mengatakan perseroan menggunakan audit laporan keuangan Desember 2011 dalam rencana initial public offering (IPO) tahun ini.

"Karena kami menggunakan laporan keuangan Desember 2011, maka IPO tersebut akan dilaksanakan paling lambat akhir Juni 2012," ujarnya ketika dikonfirmasi Bisnis, Rabu, 21 Maret 2012.

Menurut aturan dari Bapepam LK, IPO maupun rights issue bisa dilaksanan maksimal 6 bulan sejak tanggal laporan keuangan yang digunakan dalam aksi korporasi tersebut.

Apabila IPO tersebut tidak bisa terlaksana sebelum Juni 2012 berakhir, maka konsekuensinya perseroan harus melakukan audit terhadap laporan keuangan selanjutnya.

Pemimpin unit usaha syariah Bank Jatim Aviantono Hadhianto mengatakan perseroan masih menunggu sejumlah suntikan modal dari pemegang saham, yakni pemerintah Provinsi dan kabupaten/Kota yang ada di Jawa Timur.

Langkah penyuntikan modal dibuka oleh Bank Jatim  dengan maksud agar porsi saham yang dimiliki oleh mereka tidak terdilusi secara cepat, bila IPO tersebut digelar.

"Hingga saat ini sudah masuk tambahan modal Rp200 miliar dari para pemegang saham. Kami masih menunggu sampai akhir Maret dan selanjutnya Bank Jatim akan fokus terhadap IPO." (tw)
