www.thejakartapost.com - PermataBank's sharia unit, PermataBank Syariah, reported on Monday that it had booked a profit of Rp 133 billion (US$14.45 million), 41 percent higher than 2010 with Rp 94 million.
Similarly, the operational profit of the bank increased by 35 percent to Rp 139 billion.
Meanwhile, the unit disbursed Rp 3 trillion in financing, 107 percent more than the amount in 2010. (source)
The bank's assets rose 131 percent to Rp 5.2 trillion while its Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) was at 16 percent, increasing from 11 percent in 2010. (nvn)
