REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA —- Kendala yang dialami jaringan anjungan tunai mandiri (ATM) Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) kembali dikeluhkan nasabah. Walhasil di Ahad (19/2) sore sekitar pukul 15.40 WIB para nasabah BSM tidak bisa melakukan transaksi melalui ATM.

Dalam pantauan di sejumlah ATM bersama dan ATM jaringan Bank Mandiri, transaksi tidak bisa berlangsung. Walhasil nasabah yang butuh menarik uang tunai dari rekeningnya harus gigit jari.

Kendala BSM makin menyulitkan nasabah karena layanan aduan nasabah  yang tersedia sepanjang 24 jam pun tidak menjawab panggilan. Karena itu tidak ada kejelasan kapan ATM BSM bisa berfungsi seperti sediakala.

Salah satu nasabah BSM, Ikhsan, mengatakan gangguan jaringan pada ATM BSM bukan hanya sekali ini saja terjadi. “Saya ke ATM BSM Graha Cibinong ada tulisan bahwa ATM tidak bisa digunakan, terus saya masuk ke kantor kas di sebelah ATM.pas mau ambil nomor antrean saya ditanya satpam. Saya bilang mau narik. Satpam menjawab tidak bisa melakukan penarikan di kantor kas mana pun. saya tanya teman di kantor, ternyata mengalami hal yang sama,” ujarnya menuturkan kejadian yang dialami pada Senin 6 Februari 2012 lalu.
