JAKARTA: PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk mengalokasikan belanja modal hingga Rp140 miliar yang ditujukan bagi perluasan jaringan cabang dan anjungan tunai mandiri.

Hendiarto, Direktur Keuangan dan Operasional Bank Muamalat, mengatakan perseroan berencana menambah sekitar 100 unit jaringan cabang dan 525 unit mesin ATM selama tahun ini.

Dengan penambahan tersebut, maka jumlah jaringan kantor Bank Muamalat akan mencapai 460 unit dan ATM akan berjumlah 1.000 unit.

Dia menjelaskan untuk penambahan setiap jaringan kantor membutuhkan belanja modal (capital expenditure) sekitar Rp1 miliar atau total sebesar Rp100 miliar. Adapun untuk seluruh ATM, perseroan membutuhkan sekitar Rp30 miliar-Rp40 miliar.
