He called on the entrepreneurs to take up the challenge by building a sustainable business network and help halal hubs flourish.
Speaking to reporters after the chamber's annual general meeting (Perlis branch) here last night, Mohammad Sahar said the halal hub being established in Padang Besar should benefit tremendously from its strategic location in the Indonesia-Malaysia-Thailand Growth Triangle and from the fact that the state was part of the Northern Corridor Economic Region.
He advised Muslim entrepreneurs in Perlis not to be just observers but partake in the development happening right before their eyes.
