REPUBLIKA.CO.ID,JAKARTA--Anda nasabah bank syariah Mandiri (Bank BSM ), bersiaplah menghafal nomor rekening yang baru. Nomor rekening yang ada saat ini hanya berlaku selama satu tahun saja. Selanjutnya Andaa harus menggunakan nomor rekening yang lama.
Awal pekan lalu, BSM melakukan perubahan sistem. Namun hingga sepekan pergantian sistem berlangsung, rupanya masih banyak kendala yang dihadapi. Ujung-ujungnya, nasabah BSM yang direpotkan dengan pergantian sistem yang dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan tersebut.
Pergantiaan sistem di Bank Syariah Mandiri, rupanya belum  berjalan mulus. Hingga sepekan sejak pergantian  berlangsung, kalangan nasabah mengaku masih direpotkan dengan sistem baru ini.

''Saya tidak bisa transfer, ini merepotkan sekali padahal transfer untuk pendidikan anak saya,'' keluh seorang nasabah perempuan. Nasabah ini rutin mengirim uang di awal bulan untuk anaknya yang kuliah di Yogyakarta. ''Anak saya harus ngutang teman karena transfer terlambat,'' ujarnya.
Rupanya ada pergantian sistem. Karena pergantian sistem, nasabah harus datang ke kantor BSM untuk mengganti buku dan mendapatkan nomor baru. Ia mengaku sudah ke kantor cabang BSM untuk mengganti buku.

Pada hari pertama dia datang, ia mengganti buku dengan buku baru. Namun buku baru tak bisa langsung diprint. ''Antrian banyak sekali. Satu nasabah bisa 15 menit hingga setengah jam untuk print. Karena saya kerja, saya tinggal, harapan saya besok bisa diambil,'' katanya.

Namun apa daya, saat ia datang ke kantor cabang BSM, buku tak langsung di print. Ia masih harus mengantre lagi. Jumat sore menjelang bank tutup ia baru mendapatkan buku baru yang sudah di print. Namun buku baru rupanya bukan jaminan ia tak mendapat masalah. Saat akan melakukan transaksi melalui ATM, ia mengalami kesulitan. Tak jelas apa masalahnya.

Nasabah lain juga mengeluhkan lambannya transaksi. ''Untuk setor ke rekening sendiri saja butuh waktu lama,'' keluh Rahman. Ia mengaku menutup salah satu rekening di BSM, lalu dana di rekening itu dipindahkan ke rekeningnya yang lain di bank yang sama.

Menurut Rahman proses pemindahan lambat sekali. ''Sampai kantor tutup belum juga selesai. Dijanjikan akan diberi tahu. namun pemberitahuan tak kunjung datang,'' katanya.

Ia hanya bisa geleng-geleng kepala, ketika ia meminta informasi ke call center 24 jam. ''Kata petugasnya, proses bisa dua atau tiga hari. Alasanya sih sistemnya baru,'' kata Rahman.

Ia tak habis berpikir kenapa kalau memang bermasalah, petugas BSM tidak menginformasikan secara terbuka kepada nasaah, atau mencari cara lain yang enak buat nasabah.

BSM melakukan perubahan sistem. Menurut petugas BSM perubahan sistem dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas. Dengan perubahan sistem, nasabah BSM mendapatkan nomor rekening baru, sementara nomor rekening lama masih berlaku hingga satu tahun ke depan.

Sejauh ini, tidak ada pemberitahuan secara terbuka kepada nasabah mengenai pergantian sistem. ''Jangankan pemberitahuan terbuka, di kantor cabang tak ada informasi perubahan sistem ini kepada nasabah atau calon nasabah. BSM seperti menutup diri,'' keluh Rahman.
''Kami baru tahu ada perubahan sistem setelah ATM tak bisa digunakan transaksi. Saya ke BSM, lalu oleh petugas diminta ganti buku. Tapi tidak bisa langsung di print,'' kata Endang nasabah BSM yang lain.
