INDONESIA - BANKING - Islamic bank assets grew

"Based on the type of use, the growth of Islamic finance is the financing of the highest investment of 59.45% (yoy) to Rp208 billion, followed by financing consumption grew 58.38% (yoy) to Rp732 billion.In addition, he continued, financing for working capital also grew by 25.15% (yoy) to Rp576 billion."Islamic finance is dominated by financing consumption with a share of 48.28%, followed by the financing of working capital with a share of 37.98%. YOGYAKARTA : Aset perbankan syariah di wilayah DI Yogyakarta hingga triwulan pertama 2012 tumbuh 32,93% menjadi Rp2,29 triliun dibanding periode yang sama tahun lalu Rp1,72 triliun, sehingga pangsa aset syariah terhadap perbankan mencapai 6,46%.
“Pangsa aset perbankan syariah DIY terhadap total aset perbankan di DIY mencapai 6,46%, melampaui target angka nasional yang hanya 5,00%,” ujar Kepala Perwakilan Bank Indonesia wilayah DIY, Mahdi Mahmudy, 29 April 2012.
Dia menuturkan kinerja perbankan syariah hingga Maret 2012 relatif tumbuh pesat dibanding bulan yang sama pada 2011 (yoy). Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK) meningkat 34,99% (yoy) menjadi Rp1,91 triliun, sedangkan pembiayaan meningkat 43,99% menjadi Rp1,51 triliun.
“Berdasarkan jenis penggunaan, pembiayaan syariah yang tumbuh paling tinggi merupakan pembiayaan investasi sebesar 59,45% (yoy) menjadi Rp208 miliar, disusul pembiayaan konsumsi yang mengalami pertumbuhan 58,38% (yoy) menjadi Rp732 miliar.
Selain itu, lanjutnya, pembiayaan untuk modal kerja juga tumbuh sebesar 25,15% (yoy) menjadi Rp576 miliar.
“Pembiayaan syariah lebih didominasi oleh pembiayaan konsumsi dengan pangsa sebesar 48,28%, diikuti oleh pembiayaan modal kerja dengan pangsa 37,98%. Adapun pembiayaan investasi memiliki pangsa relatif kecil sebesar 13,74%,” tuturnya.
Sementara DPK yang dihimpun bank umum hingga Maret 2012 meningkat 20,42% menjadi Rp28,03 triliun dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun lalu (yoy), sedangkan kinerja penyaluran kredit tumbuh 23,27% menjadi Rp16,17 triliun.
“Pada Bank Umum, kredit modal kerja mengalami pertumbuhan tertinggi sebesar 29,15% (yoy) menjadi Rp6,39 triliun, diikuti kredit investasi yang tumbuh 21,52% (yoy) menjadi Rp2,58 triliun dan kredit konsumsi tumbuh 19,07% menjadi Rp7,20 triliun,” ujarnya.
Berdasarkan pangsa pasarnya, lanjutnya, kredit modal kerja memiliki pangsa terbesar 39,44% dalam bank umum, diikuti kredit investasi dengan pangsa kredit sebesar 37,54%, dan kredit konsumsi yang  memiliki pangsa 45,54%.
“Dilihat dari sektor ekonomi, pangsa kredit bank umum paling banyak disalurkan untuk membiayai sektor Perdagangan Besar dan Eceran dengan pangsa 20,51%  atau telah mencapai Rp3,32 triliun,” tuturnya.
Selain itu, lanjutnya, diikuti juga sektor Industri Pengolahan dengan pangsa kredit 5,84%, sektor Perantara Keuangan dengan pangsa kredit 5,83% dan sektor Real Estate, Usaha Persewaan dan Jasa Perusahaan dengan pangsa kredit 5,60%. (msb)
