JAKARTA: PT Tugu Pratama Indonesia, a company engaged in general insurance, will wean shariah business unit into an independent business entity in the next year as regulators plan to make a rule about it.Sofyadi Adi, Director of Marketing Tugu Pratama Indonesia, said it is ready to wean Islamic business units. Currently, he said, a minimum capital to establish a subsidiary amounting to Rp25 billion sharia has been met by the company. (source)
