www.bisnis.com - SEMARANG: PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Yogyakarta Branch Sharia fund operates shuttle service (pick up service) during Ramadhan break to ease customer deposit funds into the bank.

He explained this particular layaanan given from H-1 to H +2 with service hours 18:00 to 21:00 pm. "With this pick up service customers are permitted to deposit [cash] to the bank, so that risk can be minimized," he said.

As for the withdrawal transaction, BRI Syariah rely on a network of automated teller machines (ATMs) belonging to its own, the holding company which owned PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, Shared ATM networks and ATM Prima.

"BRI Syariah ATM optimally prepared and this is according to the direction of management. We ensure availability of cash in the ATM, ATM machine to the readiness of security for customers, "he explained. (YUW)

SEMARANG: PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Cabang Yogyakarta mengoperasikan layanan jemput dana (pick up service) selama libur Lebaran untuk mempermudah
nasabah menyetorkan dana ke bank.
 
Halomoan Marpaung, Kepala Cabang BRI Syariah Yogyakarta, menjelaskan layanan jemput dana tersebut dilakukan oleh Kantor Cabang Pembantu (KCP) Bantul.
 
“Pelayanan ini diberikan untuk menyesuaikan transaksi nasabah prima yang pada saat lebaran diprediksi mengalami lonjakan,” ujarnya kepada Bisnis, Minggu (19/8/2012).
 
Dia menjelaskan layaanan khusus ini diberikan sejak H-1 sampai dengan H+2 dengan jam pelayanan 18.00—21.00 WIB. “ Dengan pick up service ini nasabah dimudahkan untuk penyetoran [uang tunai] ke bank, sehingga risiko dapat diminimalkan,” ujarnya. 
 
Adapun untuk transaksi penarikan, BRI Syariah mengandalkan jaringan anjungan tunai mandiri (ATM) milik sendiri, milik induk usaha yakni PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, jaringan ATM Bersama dan ATM Prima.
 
“BRI Syariah telah mempersiapkan ATM seoptimal mungkin dan hal ini sesuai arahan manajemen. Kami memastikan ketersedian uang dalam ATM, kesiapan mesin ATM hingga keamanan bagi nasabah,” jelasnya. (YUW)
