INDONESIA - EVENTS - TAKAFUL - The potential for Takaful Indonesia unexploited

Jakarta (21 / 7). Takaful industry in Indonesia has huge market potential. But until now this potential has not been explored to the fullest. Proved up to now only 4 percent of premiums earned Takaful overall insurance premiums in Indonesia. Yet research by 85 percent of consumers would consider purchasing insurance products sharia.
Related to this, an insurance consulting firm Pointer Insurance Consulting, today held an international conference entitled "Islamic Insurance in Indonesia" at Hotel Le Meridien Jakarta. (source)
