WWW.REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - Precious Metals Product Ownership (KLM) in Islamic banks can not be used any customer. Bank Indonesia (BI) will determine the requirement for customers who want to buy gold by way of installments through the KLM product.
A number of terms to be determined BI is related to ability to pay customers. Therefore, customers are asked to show salary slip. "(The Customer) must have a clear cash flow, there is a paycheck like that," said Director of the Directorate of Islamic Banking BI, Mulya Effendi Siregar, Monday (12/3). (source)
