According to him, the target growth is in line with mortgage financing trend that is believed to continue increasing next year.
"We target our mortgage financing to jack up by 200% or reach IDR2.5 trillion next year," he confirmed.
The company has distributed mortgage financing of IDR1.4 trillion until September while until the end of year it expects to disburse IDR1.7 trillion.
BNI Syariah's mortgage financing shares more than 50% to the total corporate financing of IDR3.3 trillion until September. According to him, the company is currently developing an electronic financing system facility in order to expand its mortgage financing.
Through this facility, bank customers are guaranteed to receive information on their credit application only within 3 days. "We will develop the service facility so that they could immediately ne informed whether their credit application is agreed or not," he said.
He added that BNI Syariah will continue to expand its business until the end of year considering the capital adequacy ratio (CAR) still at 28% - 29%. (T06/NOM)
