INDONESIA - BANKING - Improve Performance, BNI Syariah Rotation of Directors

WWW.REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - In order to maximize the company's management, Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Syariah change the formation directors. BNI Syariah directors who previously only be filled by three men, now increased by one.
The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on Thursday (24/5) afternoon also discussed about the rotational position of the parent to the subsidiary. One rotation is done is to replace some of the positions of directors and commissioners.
Director of the previously filled by Rizqullah will be replaced by Dinno Indiano, who previously served as Division Leader Medium Business BNI. Director of Business who formerly held by Bambang Widjanarko will be filled by Junaidi Hisom. Junaidi previously served as Division Chief Human Capital BNI. Two other directors are the Imam Q R Jawaprawira Saptono and ACEP. ACEP before an independent commissioner position in BNI Syariah.  (source)

INDONESIA - BANKING - Raharjo Ventje returned home to Bank Mandiri

www.bisnis.com - JAKARTA: Former President Director of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Sharia Ventje Rahardjo anchored back to PT Bank Mandiri Tbk, one company that had raised him.
 According to one source of Business at Bank Mandiri, Ventje served as Executive Vice President and Coordinator positions previously held by Haryanto T Budiman, senior banker who has moved to JP Morgan.

www.thesundaily.com - KUALA LUMPUR (March 9, 2012): Securities Commission managing director Datuk Ranjit Ajit Singh has been appointed the SC chairman effective April 1, succeeding Tan Sri Zarinah Anwar, who will retire upon completion of her term on March 31 after holding the post since 2006.

Another SC managing director Datuk Dr Nik Ramlah Mahmood has also been appointed its deputy chief executive with effect from April 1. (source)

INDONESIA - BANKING - Eddy Setiadi Director Directorate of Islamic Banking New BI

www.pkesinteraktif - Jakarta (22/2) - Eddy Setiadi became Director of Directorate of Islamic Banking Bank Indonesia (BI) were replacing Mulya Siregar, who moved the post as Director of the Directorate of Banking Research and Regulation. Edy himself previously served as Director of the Directorate of Rural Credit and SMEs.

This position shift is the result of the rotation number of high officials in the BI and is routinely done something related to regeneration.

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 22 (Bernama) -- Bank Pembangunan Malaysia Bhd (BPMB) has appointed Datuk Mohammed Hussein as chairman with effect from Sept 15, 2011, succeeding Tan Sri Dr Abdul Samad Alias, who retired on Aug 1.

Mohammed, 60, holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree from University of Newcastle, Australia and is an alumni of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Programme, Boston, US, said BPMB in a statement. (source)
