WWW.REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) still needs around 2800 more officers by 2012. The officers are expected to fill the vacancies of officers at headquarters and branches of the tesebar BSM across Indonesia.
Vice President of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, Eka Bramantya Danuwirana, quoting this number is still fewer than last year recruitment BSM. In the 2011 BSM was recruited about 3552 officers. They were placed in the branch office of the new BSM cities in Indonesia.
"This officer made up of contract staff, permanent, and outsourced," said Eka to the journalist, after the soldering in Shariah HR Summit, Wednesday (11/4). (source)

INDONESIA - EVENTS - Islamic Finance and Investments Summit - Bandung May 28-30, 2012
The Centre for Research and Training (CERT) and GMPro together with the host, Shariah Economics and Banking Institute (SEBI), are proud to present the first Bandung Islamic Finance and Investment Summit (BIFIS 2012) which is scheduled from 28th - 30th May 2012 at Grand Royal Panghegar Bandung, Indonesia. BIFIS 2012 is convened under the patronage of Government of West Java, Republic of Indonesia.
The three-day event consists of International Fiqh Symposium in Islamic Finance (Simposium Internasional Fiqih Keuwangan Syariah) on 28 May 2012 and the main conference, Bandung Islamic Finance and Investment Summit on 29 – 30 May 2012.
