INDONESIA - CAPITAL MARKETS - Indonesia raises 1.82trln rupiah in sukuk auction, above target
www.brecorder.com - JAKARTA: Indonesia raised 1.82 trillion rupiah ($198.12 million) in a
sukuk auction on Tuesday, above a 1 trillion rupiah target, the finance
ministry said in a statement.
It sold six and 15-year project-based sukuk, with no winning bids for 10 and 25-year project-based sukuk.
Foreign investors bought 930 billion rupiah of sukuk as of April 5, after selling 550 billion rupiah in March, the latest data from the debt office shows. (source)

INDONESIA - FINANCE SYNDICATION - Indonesian power firm gets $330.6mn loan facility: Maybank
www.brecorder.com - KUALA LUMPUR: Indonesian power firm PT Bajradaya Sentranusa (BDSN) has obtained a $330.6 million syndicated term facility issued by subsidiaries of Malaysia's Maybank.
Maybank said in a statement on Monday its units PT Bank Internasional Indonesia Tbk (BII), Maybank Investment Bank Berhad and PT Bank Maybank Syariah Indonesia (MSI) were the joint mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners. (source)

INDONESIA - BANKING - Malaysia's Maybank appoints UBS to sell stake in Indonesia's BII
www.brecorder.com - JAKARTA: Malaysia's biggest lender by assets Malayan Banking Bhd (Maybank) has appointed UBS to handle the stake sale of its banking unit PT Bank Internasional Indonesia (BII), its chairman said on Monday.
Maybank is required by the Indonesian capital market regulator Bapepam-LK to sell down its stake in BII to at least 80 percent from 97 percent currently. It has so far managed to sell 0.5 percent of its stake in the open market. (source)

INDONESIA - CAPITAL MARKETS - Indonesia plans to issue retail sukuk in March
brecorder.com - JAKARTA: Indonesia's finance ministry plans to issue retail sukuk in March 2012, debt office chief Rahmat Waluyanto told Reuters on Thursday.
Indonesia in February this year sold 7.3 trillion rupiah ($807 million) of three-year retail sukuk with a coupon of 8.15 percent. (source)

Agreement' (PTA) with Indonesia, with the main beneficiary purportedly
